Yes, I submitted a second review request form. This also has not been attended to. I currently do not know how long that'll take. I submitted it on the 2nd of May 2018, but till date, no response yet.

I am in same stage.. Status still showing Ineligible, but Invoice disappeared

Not sure how the invoice tab was previously visible because now what they have done is made the application not accessible any more. The process takes 1-2 years.

May I know what exactly was your rejection based on? and how exactly did you respond to that point?

Mine is related to two points below:
1. job duties don't match
2. employer does not relate to the noc

Rejection mainly based on Job Duties Mismatch with 1 or 2 employments among 3. They also had objection with my POF which could be verified by them if I would have nominated.

Since my NOC was 1122 and its a NOC with diversified occupations, my job nature has similarity with Information & Records Management which is undoubtedly similar to Title & Job of Records Managment. So, I explained in details about all of my employments with nature demonstrating on mainstream responsibilities rendered in large financial organisation. Moreover, to support further, gathered & kept some evidence on what I wrote in my explanation but did not send with review letter because supporting documents will not be accepted now.

If you are involved with consulting firm, its unexpected to get objection on employer's business nature. I also suspected on having objection on employer related to NOC since I didn’t work for any consulting firm. Can you let me know in what type of business consultation your employer is involved?

Hi,
I'm still trying to get a complete understanding. I spoke to a consultant the other day and he he said there is a contradiction with consulting firm and 1122 noc, I am not 100% sure what he meant by that, I tried to enquire further but he told me that it would be charged !!

Bit confused as to how I can respond to the irrelevance part of the objection.

I mailed to assist in determining the right NOC for my duties in order to request for a 2nd review with SINP but was not delivered.

Please advise how best to achieve this

I tried many a times, to write to NOC, but everytime they have asked me to find out the NOC by myself.
Just giving me a replying saying how to search and find the NOC,
But they never suggest the NOC Code

I got in elligible letter from sinp in march stating that my employer not responded to your email but my employer confirmed it that they have not sent any email to him. I therefore applied for second review but also request them that my application should be returned to in process reather than second review in process. In reply to me they informed me that they have received my second review applicatio and now it is eith PIU unit. After some days of this correspondence my application changrf to in process reather than second review in process. Is it same with everyone thoes applied for second review . My question is after applying for second review status chsnged to second review in process or simple to in process.

I applied for a Secondary Review yesterday. I know it takes time, but I had no options there they have removed the NOC from the OID list.
Anyone has received a positive reply for Secondary, I guess only one person

Never go for second review unnecessarily. If the education and experience matching with intended NOC properly.
POF documents with strong proof
Proper Reference letters.
Very IMP : only when it was the fault of SINP.

OTHERWOSE , after 2 years, that will be the same result. Mess with the future

Probably they identified their fault during sending email to employer, so they released the file from PIU

I sent a status inquiry email to PIU. They replied my file is in que for initial review, after having initial review they'll decided whether to review or not.
