I have received inelligible mail from sinp stating "You have provided unverifiable information for your work experience. The SINP has been unable to verify your work experience as the employer is not responsive to the SINP verification request or the business email you provided is not workable for verification".

I am really shocked and frustrated and contacted with my previous employer and they told me that they recently changed new email id and not monitoring earlier Email id which was printed on letter head and this change also has been updated on their website. some of land line phone numbers were also closed as company provided mobile to each and every employee so that every communication can be traced. Mobile No. of My Managing Director and HR manager was not changed and also was on letter head and is still working.

Now This Company in which I previously worked agree to help me out on this matter, and want to send mail directly to SINP stating that Experience letter which they issued to me was genuine and they stand by it and also will send company registration certificate as well as website address of the company where SINP can find that Mail Id was infect updated and changed. My Supervisor i.e. HR Manager who issued me experience letter denied any call received from SINP.
Kindly help me what will be the best way to go about it, Your any suggestion on this matter will be highly appreciated.

This is unfortunate but dont give up. Write a letter of explanation to SINP and also get your employer to send them an email.

Were there a big time lapse in processing? Ask the HR manager to provide a working number.
Also make sure if there is time gap since the time u had submitted, keep checking phone numbers and emails are working and that you keep the information updated in your profile.

You have to apply for second review. Tell all these things and provide company's new website. You won't submit additional papers . Sometimes they consider and decide the case in 1 month, if their fault.
U can withdraw anytime that review application.

Thanks for Reply. I have contacted my previous employer and they are agree to provide all help in this matter. Kindly advise me what should I do.

Should I tell to my employer to write mail to them, mentioning all the reasons, why they may have missed verification call or mail and also to verify that they have issued me reference letter.
OR
I should take new reference letter with new mail id and send it to sinp with Letter of explanation.
OR
I do the both thing simultaneously .

Should I send it to SINP in normal emails or with second review application.

Pl. tell what is the right way to go about it.

They don't accept any correspondence after application rejection.
You can apply for Second review only. They don't accept any document. Only write the reason and facts. They don't accept your employer correspondence. You can write through your registered email address.

This is hell lot scary, my experience letters doesnt contain any email address for any HR verification. And landline phone is not working in case of my previous employer. Did you submitted salary slips, offer letter from the same employer or not? I am scared to apply for SINP now. First of all there processing is slow, and on top they are scrutinizing it minutely.
