Hello all,

Please, I need some clarifications:

I submitted my EOI to SINP and received ITA on the 9th of January.

Noc 1242 Administrative Assistant Legal
ECA Law degree (Professional degree which is equivalent to masters)

Someone said that I might be rejected for NOC mismatch

Please has any lawyer here successfully claimed this noc 1242 for sinp?

Also, am I in order to claim Masters for SINP application?

I need these clarifications before I submit next month. Please help a sister.
Thank you in anticipation

hey Maggie, please let me know how it goes :)

What is your Noc code and degree
I am wondering if my SINP-OID paper based application submitted on 21/10/19 while my IELTS expired on 30/09/19 can be rejected by IRCC? Besides, I am yet to receive an AOR acknowlegement of receipt since 21/10/19 when my application was submitted to IRCC.

I’m also claiming masters points for my professional degree. Some people are saying that I can only claim bachelor’s points only. I’m also looking for someone who has gone through the similar situation.

We can claim points for our masters or bachelor degrees under educational qualification points. in those occupations where minimal qualifications are require only higher secondary you needn't shown the matches of your education with your profession.
