Sorry, if my question seems not an issue, but I just want to make sure that I'm doing it correctly. My question is, most of the forms ask from and to (i mean dates that you worked/lived), can I put the the date started (eg. 2013 - 04) then, have it manually filled up and put "present" or just put the yr and month i'm doing the form, since im still working presently and still living in that address?

Thank so much for your reply. There's another set questions I would like to ask which are as follows:

1. My previous employer in Doha Qatar doesn't have a postal code, is it ok to leave it blank?
2.
3. I already have a Police Clearance from my old employer in Doha when I first work here in Canada year 2009, do I have to get a new one? If yes, how can I get here in Sasketchewan Canada.

You can google the postal code by using google.
you still need current police clearance because your 2009 police clearance is not valid anymore which more the six month.

Hi paguio, as far as I know there are no postal codes in State of Qatar.

Address in not a big issue but, filling 10 years old info, as what were you doing, working studying, this was tough to me
