Does anyone know anybody from anywhere who applied in SINP family stream after March 2011 and got nomination...?

I stumbled on a document online called the media backgrounder detailing the May 2012 SINP changes. It says (amongst many things) the family category will be allocated 25% all SINP nominations. So this means someone is being nominated here. If no one has been nominated then there'll be a huge windfall very soon.

25% is about 1,000 people annually.

I am wondering what will happen to tons of applications already waiting to be nominated.
What about the rejection rate, anyone aware of that?
