No nomination yet. I think the immigration officer is now looking at my file. Just yesterday i received email with additional document request, with this this is my 3rd time they asked additional documents.

The second doc update is copies of renewed passport of our kids. We sent by mail.

I got nomination on my application of 2010 , primary teacher basis , since then I am self employed tutor , I applied as family sponsor any one have idea if I can get problem in cic because of my self employment private home tutor ??

Hi All,

Like to inform you that I received additional documents requests after 24 months of waiting.

Al Ham du Lillah.

Unfortunately I received their email lately due to miscommunication. I sent an email to them immediately with regret and ask them for another 3 weeks time. In the letter they asked for:

1. Passport update for me and my son as our passport is having now only 1 years validity.
2. Updated Bank Statement for last 3 months
3. Updated Travel History Form
4. My Sister's (Family Referral) PR and Job Reference Letters
5. My one of old employer's Job Reference Letter detailing my job duties.

Coincidentally, my sister's PR has expired recently and she will get it back / renewed by end of August-14. I wrote them stating this reason and requested them to give me time up to end of August.

Next day, they called on my sister's phone and told her that at first instant to send them only two documents within next 10 days:

1. Updated Bank Statement for last 3 months
2. My Sister's (Family Referral) Job Reference Letters

I could send all documents except passports update within next 2 days. I applied for passport renewal and will get them by 3rd Week.

I sent all scanned documents via email to them as per their instruction and received automated acknowledgement.

I am thankful to Allah that after a long wait, i get something from SINP.

Hope they are working fast with all the application.

I received my nomination letter yesterday.

just immediate after I deposited all additional docs requested, in three weeks, I received Nomination letter.
Now getting prepared for submitting application to CIO.
I am afraid that wheather CIO will ask me New IELTS as my one is expired already.
Any idea?

I see on the Doc Check List that if skill level is C or D, then IELTS required.
My NOC is 0123 which skill level is A
some one told me that to give the Old Test Result as at this level there is no issue of point EARNing.
I wish if I could avoid appearing again for IELTS.
