i have a query ,i have bachelor in engg and Master in engg(Mtech)and i have work exp of 5 year as lecturer in engineering college so APGES is required or not and in which noc code i will fall for saskatchewan ,i m not getting

Yes I worked as assistant professor in engineering college for 5years in electronics deptt
Also i want to know ,if my brother is sponsoring me then its fund can work for me to show funds for 3 months
