SINP-EE JULY 2016 APPLICANTS

Can someone clarify please-

I received SINP nomination letter (as)with additional information to nominee...

"You have indicated family tie to other Canadian jurisdiction than Saskatchewan........by accepting this nomination, you reaffirm that you genuinely intend to land, reside and work in Saskatchewan"..

when submitting I have indicated that my sister from other province in Canada.

does it anything mean that I should only land and only work in Saskatchewan? OR I can work anywhere in Canada?
please share your thoughts or experience in this regard

But since then there is no updation in my profile. even my funds are not converetd right now. You are ight its unfair that october applicants got nominations and we are still waiting. have you mailed them ?. I am going to e mail them in 2-3 days.

Yeah I mailed them earlier this month. Their response was as annoying as their silence! They said my application was still in process(like I don't know that already) and that no further documents are needed for now.

That was all. Imagine.

yeah its really frustrating. I am also loosing my patience now because people who applied later than us have reached to CIC rounds and we are still waiting to SINP approvals.As They opened 700 OID, 300 EE without making proper decisions on the JULY caps is completely Unfair. Do not know why they open new caps after every 10-12 days. We are also meeting their eligibility criterion so why they are taking so much time. People who got nominations have nothing special than us its like a discrimination you can say.

Moreover, their total caps always remained EE 1700 & OID 1800. They did not add newly opened caps(OID700,EE300) in this in this total quota by adding these it should become 2000 EE & 2500 OID. Its really confusing why they have done this

I sort of gave up on the waiting process and called today to inquire. The lady said my Application is being worked at (In Process - I know that) and then she did some calculation on the time duration and said "The Officer is working on my application and a response will come through within this month i.e. November 2016"

So I guess another month of waiting ....

I have made a mind that if they will any new caps for SINP EE then I will apply in that as well. As they are not concentrating on us and entertaining the newer applicants. There are many people like us who applied in july and are still w8ng. I had words with them and they are also planning to apply in one more process. Because in 2017 SINP can change their NOC list. Then there is no assurance that 2171 come or not. Same case for u as well 0213 noc was not in their list in 2015 but it came in list in may 2016. Now see whether it stays in 2017 or not. But u sould take ur all chances before the Noc list change

In Process 05th August
Then no additional documents requested till now.
My NOC is 1225
I can't understand why so much time
Now more frustrated after hear that October applicants have received there nominations
Well hope for the best

Yes, I had call this same number and i guess it was around 11 am there at that time ...

My consultancy told me they applied SINP on July 21st 2016 and showed me application received letter. I cant see the progress of SINP since its applied with consultancy login.
Anyway can i know the current status. Can I send mail or call SINP contact to get the status. as per consultancy, there is no update back from SINP.
