HI Ashu... I need some guidance regarding overall immigration process...

I am july applicant and my application is in process now... i want to know further process once i receive nomination... do i need to wait for EE draws ??

do they check again experience & qualification ?? does it take same time or lesser if i am nominated by PNP in EE ???

Hi Guys,

My wife just received SINP Nomination on Aug 25, 2016..
Please help us with steps as we are quite confused..

in her MYCIC, there's accept and dont accept nomination button which is due until Sept 24.

Questions:

1. Once she accept, automatic the ITA will be sent to her? or need to wait for another round of EE draw?

2. once she received the ITA only the 60 days will start?

They will convert funds at the date of submission. For example if have submitted your application on July 20, the conversion value of the same day is taken into consideration

If you receive nomination, with in few hours, you will receive the update in your Express entry profile. You will have 30 days to accept the nomination. If you do not accept with in 30 days, it will stand invalid.

After acceptance, 600 points are added to your CRS score. You will receive ITA only when next draw happens.

Yes - CIC might check your qualifications & experience by conducting a background check. It takes at leas 6 months to receive PR from the date of receiving ITA.

Please can you share what you summited as birth certificate? what I have is just a sworn affidavit declaration of age, but I saw something about having parents name on the birth certificate. Did you get a birth certificate with your parent's name on it?
