SINP-EE JULY 2016 APPLICANTS

Hi guys, i applied to EE July and my status went from application received to In process and after two days i got notification for missing document which is POF. In my own situation i am already in Canada and Saskatchewan for that matter, am working, bought a house and my family is also here with me. They have requested for $18, 617CAD to have been in my account for the past three months prior my application and i don't have proof of that but i do have it in my line of credit.

Here is my question: Would they accept line of credit? Is there anything i can provide since am working here and have pay slip for me and my wife? Would they accept my account statement if i indicate that wages come to my account every two weeks?

Hello Ray, I do not think you need any proof of fund since you already have a Job in Saskatchewan. I think you should write them that you have a Job and proof of Income.My thoughts.

Thanks for your response. Although I have job in Canada but am looking after three provinces which include Saskatchewan, Alberta and Manitoba and if use that they will ask me to get job approval. However, I live in Saskatchewan with my family and my wife work in Saskatchewan.

I just don't understand this POF of a thing when I already provided you all the document that shows that I live in Saskatchewan even with utility bills. It just doesn't make sense especially for us who have been in this country, went to school here and working here. What more do they want?

I am new to SINP..
I have created my profile in OISIS at sinp site upload my documents as well. Waiting for next intake.
I have one question can i use this same profile to submit my application under sinp ee or sinp oid whichever will open earlier ??

SINP-EE and SINP-OID are different streams. Hence we need to create two different applications. If one gets nominated through SINP-EE, it takes ~6 months to get PR. SINP-OID if a paper based process and takes upto 10-15 months to get PR.

Will it create any problem ? Will they ask for any other pof such as savings account having approx 850 CAD maintained since last 3 months prior to application ? OR they will straight away return the application ?

They will check all the documents you have submitted (including POF) and then proceed to "Nomination" if all goes fine.

Nowadays, they are very strict about missing. So, be prepare about straight away returning. Don't worry, SINP opens frequently every month ( since few months), so be ready to submit new application.

But my previous 2 jobs are more closely matching 0213 than 2171 . How many points should i get for experience is it Points for 08 years or it will be for 2 years for which it matches 2171?

Please advice. I scared as @Ahmed got his SINP EE may 2016 declined on this ground.

NOC 2171 is better. U r eligible fo 4 points for this
Always lower category NOC is easy to nominate for SINP. NOC 0213 is very tough to convince them dear.

I just submitted my SINP EE application on 20th, July. But my situation is a little complex.
I was working at SK as a 2132 (mechanical engineer) for 1yr 7mth. I was laid off in Jan 2016 and then found a mechanical technologist (2232) position in May. My point is just 60 if one year's engineer experience is counted. But that experience is 2132 which is not on the OID list now. Now my job offer is mechanical engineering technologist. If that 2132 experience is invalid, my point doesn't meet the minimum requirement. I am upset that does this mean I will be rejected soon?

Try to change your noc from 2132 to 2232 by including job responsibilities similar to 2232 in the reference letter. Many did the same and succeeded. All the best.

But i have submitted the duty description already and I think it be more similar to 2132. If I am rejected this time and resubmit the application next intake, could I change the reference letter of the same job? Thanks a lot!
