SINP Decision Made

Good Day, It has been 1 month and 3 weeks now since my application have changed into Decision Made and until now there is still no update on my application. I’m already in Canada all the time.
My questions are-
*Will I still get a Passport Request? or Copr?
*How long does it take to get an update after my status change into DEcision Made?

I got DM Dec 2,2020 and still waiting,
Whats tour timeline?

PR application Starts July 2018
Medical Pending for 1 yr.
Medical cleared and received August 2020
Decision Made November 10, 2020
I phoned the IRCC December 5- Application Approved and Congratulated me.
Still waiting for PR Confirmation and Correspondence until at the moment.

Last time I called they said my application being processed in Ottawa,she didnt say if its approved or not...
