SINP Confirmation Job Approval letter from a Saskatchewan Employer

how can i come to know what ever consultant showed me , is approval letter from SINP. genuine or not ?
Who is your employer? SINP officers call a lot and ask the employer very much. So you can confirm employer.
Or ask SINP directly by sending an email to immigration@gov.sk.ca
How can i come to know that my consultant sent my file for nomination approval .? I have job approval letter with me but not yet get my nomination from past 4 month . consultant always told that nomination will come in this month.. same story in the next month . is there any way we can come to know whether my application was sent for nomination or not ?

My employer applied twice for job approval letter for sinp job offer but he got negative reply for the position and he showed me email of reply. In email they gave rejection bcoz of this ( food supervisor)is not permanent position and last year he got job approval letter for the same position can you give advise for approval to get positive reply?

I am really new at this. My employer already submitted an application for Job Approval. I have not received it as yet but when I do, what is the step by step process I should follow until I get my PR?

How long will your work permit be valid for? Can you find another job that you're sure is acceptable and wait out the six months? Otherwise, is that decision something you can appeal?
You won't receive anything from SINP, rather your employer will receive Job Approval letter for related Job without showing any name of possible employee. Then employer can provide that letter to any eligible out land applicant or you.
After that, you have to submit SINP online application in OASIS Platform. The process of both application, OID and Employment Offer sub category is approximately same. After SINP nomination, you have to dend Paper Based application to IRCC (Like OID sub category). You can get Visa in 1 year after IRCC application submission.
