SINP Confirmation Job Approval letter from a Saskatchewan Employer

Hi everyone!
My manager applied for job approval 7 weeks before. he got password and forms but he did not get any approval yet.
Still waiting

Question from those who got approval , that, Did your manager get approval through his own email or through sinp website?
So confused. I think i should apply for sinp without approval so if they ask me about approval than I can tell them that I am waiting because of your own delay.That may be speed up the process.
Any suggestions?

My employer received the job approval form and handed me a copy of it yesterday. Since I spoke to my employer after their registration, it took 2 weeks for them to receive the job approval form for my position

I think Your manager already applied for someone's else approval before yours. Thats why you got in 2 weeks.
Otherwise it takes 2 weeks to get log in detail only.

Can someone tell me if I apply for SINP and while waiting, my work permit gets expire than how I will get extension?

Will I get extension through SINP or I have to apply CIC directly stating that I need extension because of SINP?

You manager must call them and ask them why they are getting late.
After getting username and password It's two step process:

1- Getting Approval of Company
2- Employer Post job for getting approval of Job

According to SINP it's a 4-6 weeks process but in your and mine case it has over 8 weeks but
we are still waiting.

My manager told me that he has got approval of Step-1 and now has posted job for approval.

I advice you to ask your manager to call them.

Even I have been waiting for the job approval letter since past 7 weeks.I was planning to email them reagrding the status and probably request them to send the letter ASAP. What do you think,will it be a good idea to email them???

process for SINP applicant outside Canada and process for persons who are already on work permit is totally different.
work permit guys will receive it within 1-2 months but other should wait some time more then 4 months.

How long does it take to get the login and password? My boss filled out the information on the employer signup.

After my employer got the login and password what is the next step? I just want to get information from you guys if you know..I am trying to help my brother to come to Canada good thing my boss is happy to offer him a job.

after completing the employer sign up..My boss received the log in and password after 2 hrs and he sent right away the company information..I hope they will get back soon so he can send the job offer..

Hi everyone.
I applied for SINP in March 2012 still waiting for approval.
In mean time I requested my employer to apply for job position for approval which he did last month-end sept 2012. Now when he checks on employer website it shows one position approval but he has not received any letter confirming the same.
Is there any other steps after that?
Also want to let you guys know that I am the only person for whom he has applied also in the form there is no detail about employee... just the position, wage, responsibilities, duties, required skills, name of individual submitting job position, position etc.

Let me know what are your views and if there is any steps after that do let me know

Hello everyone,

My employer has applied for registration and job approval in last week of september, but she got following email.

"Once you have completed the remaining information about the business and completed the Employer Disclosure and Services form, and officer will need to review the information provided before you are able to submit positions online for approval. A letter is sent through email informing you once your status has been updated to allow you to submit positions for approval."

My employer has no idea as she can't post job, I am the only employee in my company on work permit and my work permit is expiring on 6th december, 2012.

Can you please advise, what I should do ?

It's not totally different. I am already in canada and it took 11 months and the help of an MLA to get my nomination. They are crazy busy as Saskatchewan makes it the easiest for people to come to Canada.
Some people from OUTSIDE Canada got it withing 6 to 8 months.
The reason why it takes only 2 months for people with an LMO issued work permit is because they were already approved once and their data is on file.
It makes total sense that it is so much quicker for them.

Hi JCS, Can you please advise me should I approach MLA in my case ? My work permit is expiring on 6th of december, 2012 and my employer is new and has registered first time with SINP in 3 weeks before and I am the only candidate for my employer, my job has not been posted yet and my employer is waiting for SINP. I have all my documents ready except job approval letter and it is now just over a month left in my work permit. Should I approach MLA in Regina or Should I submit SINP application without job approval for them to start checking my application ?

How can i contact MLA in Regina ? your advise would be highly appreciated.
