SINP- Claiming points from close family

Hi All, I want to use my relative reference in my SINP Application who are currently residing in Saskatchewan. But the problem is, they have sponsored one family sometimes back. can I use his points now as he has already sponsored a family? Are these both have the same definition or the sponsoring a family might be fallen under the federal Family sponsor?

Need an expert's suggestion to claim this point asap!. Thanks in advance.

Hi i have same issue,

I have recently got sinp invitation under NOC 1311 and my score including close relative in Sask was 82 ( 62 is mine) . But when i fulled all conditions to apply like police report , funds , experience certficates etc my relative told me that there is application submitted for his brother also under sinp but its is under process and its mentioned in sinp website that one house hold can support one application. in that case please clarify to me my options and how i can proceed because points without relative were 62 and cut off of sinp was 69.

Can my application will pass through because my consultant telling me if my cas eis strong with less verifucation issues my application can be selected . is it right how immigration process will work in this case. please clarify . My relative is husband of my sister in law

My cousin brother and his wife staying in Saskatchewan and holding Canadian passport. However, his wife already supporting an application. Can my cousin still support my application?

Close family members can support one application at a time (one household can support one application at a time).

Unfortunately your relative cannot sponsor your since that relative is already sponsoring someone else and only one application is allowed per household. You will lose the relative points once your application is reviewed. If you don't meet the cut off without relative points, you should assume the application will be refused.

My cousin sister live in Canada she is pr in Toronto can I claim point for Saskatchewan right now my point is 62 if I can claim 20 point for Saskatchewan. So total points is 82 can some one let me know...
