i want to apply under SINP family category my age is 48 years 4 months ,so can i apply as i am not yet 49 years and i fullfill all other requirements(my application package is complete) and my degree is Master of Education,and do i need to pay any fee for submission of package to province...i will be looking forward for response

yes u have to pay the fees.

No You dont have to province , fees is required to pay at CIC end only
