SINP: Can't get pass Step 1 in online application screen

If I want to pass part one while I'm still didn't upload the birth certificate. If I pressed on "Check Part 1 for Completeness" then can I return back to part 1 later?

Prince,keep filling the form,dont worry about the first screen yellow color,but make sure you choose the appropriate answer.once you ll complete the section,the yellow turns to green.all the best

Where can I find editable version of the pdf like schedule 4 etc?

I'm almost complete with the pre selection only need to upload the reference letters, and yet the step 1 is showing as yellow... any idea?

Plus I do not see any submission button..

Hello Guys, I am trying to complete application on OASIS but facing the same problem, the first tab on the menu (Job Offer) never turns green(although I have filled in everything). Did anyonefind the cause or solutions/fix for this issue.
