I got ITA from SINP on may 18th 2023 - however I have mistakenly calculated my points for my work experience . there will 3 points less actually . can I cancell the applicaiton now or Do I need to wait untill it expires . if I cancel it can I reapply again with new profile

Have you applied? There is nothing to withdraw if you didn’t submit an application. If not, you can just let it expire.
- Your request to withdraw your application must be sent to immigration@gov.sk.ca and include the reason(s) for the request.
So there is nothing to withdraw. You can send an email but not sure anything will be done. You wait for your invitation to expire, and then resubmit. What will your new score be? Will it be selected again with NOC and score?
