SINP can work outside the saskatchewan

I have migrated to canada on SINP and current in saskatoon.I am finding it difficult to get job related to my field.Is it possible that i can move to some other province and it will not make any effect on status.I just want to know that are there any conditions that i have to stay in saskatchewan for some years or like so.

I am not very sure about it because as far as i remember, I did sign an affidavit / form which stated that i intend to work and live in Saskatchewan for atleast 2 years before moving out.

i hope they dont hold that affidavit against us?
