SINP assessment rating questions.

Dear friends,
i have confusion regarding calculating my 35 points for SINP skilled worker.

* I have 4 yrs B.com from a canadian univ and 3 yr diploma in chemical engg from India, both could have independently 8 points can i claim 15 max point in education?

* I have 1.5 yrs of canadian experience of caterer,( mostly part time but 3 summer full while studying). can i claim 1 point for experience for second profession?

* my employer is signing up an affidavit of english language ability as well as my university education is in english speaking country. do i need to give IELTS? if not how many points i can claim?

* there are 0-3 points for employer support, what my employer needs to do so i can claim those 3 points?

* if i score more than 35 points without showing funds, do i still needs to show funds?

your suggestions, advice, guidance will be crucial in my application process since i am very close to filing up my SINP application.

yes u don't need to show funds if you are getting more than 35 points but still u can show little bit that u are having the bank accounts and all that stuff.

could you please suggest me, if i can count 4 points of Bcom and 4 points for Diploma in chemical?
