the result I have submitted in SINP was listening 7.5, reading 6.5, writing 6.5, speaking 6.5(not below that 6.5), which is expired now. The next IELTS result, which is valid now is listening 7.5, reading 7.0, writing 5.5, speaking 6.0. Is it ok??

I think it is OK because as I told you in my previous post, CIC won't calculate your points and they can only check, you have a valid IELTS and it is over their minimum (CLB4) for PNP program. Then it is OK. ;)

First of all you are our senior my friend! because you waited from March 2012 till now and you have many experiences in this hard road! ;) ;D

About transferring your file to you local visa office, It will happen very soon my friend. Last year they transferred files within a month after first AOR but these days I heard in some cases, it is still less than a month and in some cases it will take more. ;)

Dear friends,

Just to share another good new!

I received my medical request today from Manila office. I mentioned my visa office as "Singapore" but my file was transferred to "Manila". This is quite fast. Within 25 days of AOR, I got my medical request.

You should contact SINP to correct your present address in their system and PCC doesn't have any address but it is showing anyone's criminal records.

dear victor,
I have informed SINP, they told me that they updated my address in their system and also told 'If required, please update CIC with this information.'. What does it mean? I think I have to fill the CIC forms with my latest address. but will I need any explanation why the address is not same in nomination letter and CIC form?? or no need any explanation??

mmomen, may I step in?, no need for explanation, just send CIC the new address.

A

My friend,
As I know, there is a common spreadsheet between SINP(or other provinces) and CIC. Every province put, nominated person's information in that spreadsheet and CIC will refer to that information when applicant's package reach CIC. When you already amended your current address inside SINP's system then it means it should be already updated in that spreadsheet(If address is required by CIC from province side).
When you are going to send new forms with your correct address to CIC, then it should be OK because it will be the same, SINP has now in their system.

dear victor,
in the document checklist, copies means notarized copies for all?? I am thinking about IELTS, SINP nomination letter's copies.

No, only translated documents need to be certified and for those documents are in English/Fresh you should send them as they are.

I have applied in 2013 to The Federal Govt. of Canada. At that time, my application was rejected due to cap filled. Then I have applied in SINP in 2014. I have an UCI number from 2013 application. Now in my Generic Application, will I fill the UCI column with my UCI existing number??
