dear friends
I rejected and the reasons are mentioned as below:

Proof of Transferable Settlement Funds

You do not meet the SINP settlement requirements. You must have proof of having
$19,000 CAD deposited and maintained for at least 3 months before application and
maintained throughout the immigration process.

SINP-400-1 SINP Assessment Rating

You failed to demonstrate you have obtained licensure or proof of your eligibility of being
licensed to work in your intended occupation of Mechanical Engineering.

should I request for a second review?
I do not know anything about second reason, please help me

I am very sorry to see that update my friend. Requesting for review doesn't cost a penny so why not :)
Also, Don't forget to provide your logic and explanation documents against those two refusal factors .

For licensure eligibility proof, you need to find out which organization is responsible to produce Licence for your occupation than read their website, contact them and send them those correspondence as a proof of your licence eligibility .. Best of luck :)

Dear maryam2463,

Sorry to hear this bad news after one year of fight.

Many people are applying in 2015 under NOCs that require license to work in Saskatchewan, may I ask
you which steps did you follow to obtain this license or proof of your eligibility, and why during all the
2014, you couldn't get this license.

What exactly SINP expects from you only a proof of eligibility or the license from the regulatory body?

Thank you, and really sorry again.

ِDear friend

Does it mean that you did not have this fund maintained in your account at the time of your application?

Didn't they at any point in time asked you for Update as regards proof of fund before the end of discussion?

Regards,

Spicey

Please people that applied in 2014 could you help

When SINP asked you for credential from
Regulatory body how did you address this
Issue.

Someone in this forum obtained the license
And continued in the process or eventually
Were rejected?

Please share any information we will appreciate it

Dears

Proof of Eligibility in engineering is Licence from regulatory body name APEGS, you should apply for EIT/MIT(Engineering-in-Training/Member in Training), then SINP will accept ....regards
