I suggest you to ask SINP for revision on your current nomination after you received your new passport and they will update your nomination based on your new passport information. In this way you will be confident, everything will be OK in CIC. ;)

You can use this form for requesting revision on your current nomination:

VictorPapa how long a reassessment takes because of updated travel information and Schedule A?

I think, Travel information and Schedule A is not a vital decision factors for SINP but those are very important for CIC to perform require background and security checks then I think update of those documents will not affect SINP's assessment time.

Hi Seniors,

To those who got nominated and received a letter of support for permanent residency to apply for temporary VISA while waiting for PR. Can you share what are the documents or application package you prepare, i just want to know so that hopefully someday if I receive a positive result for nomination I don't have to rush to gather documents needed for my next step. I submitted an application for SINP with job offer and is on one month of waiting already from.

Thanks :D

Dear Experts,

My application is in status awaiting no objection letter from my spouse as I have declared spouse and child as non-accompanying dependent in IMM 0008 - Generic Application Form. My wife is currently employed and my idea was to get myself a job first in Canada and bring family later.

Now I doubt if my application has been misinterpreted as my spouse and kid will not come to Canada so there by asking to provide no objection letter for immigration. So please let me know if I can add dependents now or later to my SINP file as accompanying dependents ?

I can maintain my bank account balance 18000 CAD as settlement fund for three people from now on. Till now I maintained fund 14000 CAD for last 5 months.

Will this lead to my nomination approval rejection if I include them at this point of time?

A advise here will be highly appreciated so that I can proceed in right direction. :(

Regards,
JC

Dear Victor,

Any good news?

No my friend,
There isn't any news. We have to wait. SINP are working on 2015 applications to check files completion and sending out AOR. Nothing more. ;) For 2015 applicants there are a long way to go.

Thanks Victor..

If they are working for 2015 AOR response it means again we will get delayed by next 2-3 months, as officers are busy?

For 2014 applicants - they will start Apr 2015 if they will get time to work upon
