This is interesting!

Was there a lump sum on the specific date they seek documentation?

It goes to show this guys are really working...
Yes, a significant amount was transferred to my account from my office on that date. I also think that they are now working on our files.

My online status turned to "In Process" again.

It means this guys are really working but they shouldn't waste so much time. I see most applicants under the SINP program have moved on to apply for FSWP. I just hope they won't lose more than half of the 250 applicants without job offer to FSWP.

Hi everyone... im a newbie here. Just filed my sinp app last march 14, 2014. ;)

After getting nomination, application is to be sent to nova Scotia. As I have checked some forums for provincal nomination, CIO is taking so much time. Ppl have applied from last year and nothing is happening. Whereas Fsw 2013 applicants got their passports back after permanent resident visa.
Which application would be processed faster if I apply now for Fsw 2014? I'll receive ECA report from wes in 3,4 days.

Can you share your findings about CIO taking more time to approve provincial nomination applications? I believe it shud take the same time as CIO is fast when compare to provincial govt. it is the visa office who will take time. CIO will send your file to visa office in 2 months maximum and then its upto VO. but if you have timeline of previous year then please share.

Hi guys i need ur suggestions on this..

i recently got Nomination from nova scotia pnp visa and i have also applied for FSW 2014(2174) my file reached 9th june and waiting to be in assessment stage and in fsw i have chosen alberta as my landing province.

can i go with both the application and latter withdraw one which is slow in processing and choosing another province in fsw will cause any issue to my PNP nomination .. i am really confused what to do?

check this thread PNP December 2013 Tracking //Updated May 7//

most applications are turned into "in process" this july .. also in other threads ppl who applied are feb are still waiting.. so it seems they are working slow on PNP applications.

yes VO has different timelies, mine is London so it takes a lot of time :(

what will be the message in the application status
if the nomination was approved?

Hi Guys!
Anybody can help me with this matter. SINP requested my brother to retake IELTS . He have 45 days to send in the IELTS result. The next schedule of IELTS exam in our home town is on mid September. Overall it will takes 75-80 days until he can submit his certificate to SINP. Please let me know if you had experience the same case and if they still accept long the delays?

Thank You!

Saskatchewan is about the only province you can approach with any query and you will not be let down...
Tell your brother to shoot them a mail, let him attach a screen shot of the IELTS exam schedule of your country and explain the earliest possible time he can write the exam.

Ask them to advise you regarding the matter, wait and see the response. Then you can make the next move.

Again, your file can remain active only if you meet the 45 days deadline. It doesn't mean a total rejection...It can be pushed down the queue.

Let us know what the response is afterwards...
