hi deep, there is no way to check what employer does with sinp. you can only request your employer for update status.

Hi all. recently my brother sent them an email asking if he has made into the 250 applications for the SINP program coz he has so far only received the first email. so today he got this reply ''Your application is currently in process in the category for the 250 applicants without a job offer.' so what do you think. have they opened his application and started working on it or the email can mean that it is still in process and they mite not have even opened it and they have just sent some generic reply.thnx

No! we are all waiting to see what will happen... ::)

SINP didn't even update the Intake threshold page! It is still showing 31 March 2014 information. we can see they are working on 2011 family stream right now because those applicants are getting nomination these days. ;)

Hi Sweetypie
Have you applied in SINP without JOb Offer.. becoz this forum is only for those who have applied with out job offer...

Please confirm

Hi experts

i have applied for SINP with job offer in april.

is there any one who has got any further updates on their files ? or how long will it take to get significant response from sinp ?

Also which one is faster SINP or FSW in terms of processing time ?

About your question related to update from SINP, we all are waiting for update or news but there isn't any news yet.

one question, What Is the status of your profile inside their website? Is it "In Process" or "Application received"?

About comparison between SINP and FSW, it is related to your local visa office. if you apply in FSW 2014, after 45 days your application will be assessed and send to your local visa office but in SINP you have to wait couple of months for your nomination and then 45 days for CIO and then your application will send to your visa office. But important factor is, how your visa office is fast for different programs like FSW and PNP? In some visa offices they process PNP applications very faster than FSW but in others FSW is faster.

What is your local visa office?

Thank u victor

My status is in process. Our local visa office will be new Delhi.
So what u suggest in this situation..

New Delhi is very fast, both for FSW and PNP. If your NOC is among FSW2014 jobs then I suggest you to apply in FSW because you can get two benefits from that:
1) If you apply in FSW 2014, Your application will receive to New Delhhi visa office within two months and your next process will take around 6 to 8 months there. You can get your visa about 8 to 10 months later but in SINP they will give your nomination at least 2-3 months later then the whole above process must be done after nomination! You will get your visa with SINP at least with 3 months delay.

2) FSW visa is better than PNP visa. you can go and land everywhere you want inside Canada and it is really great. But with PNP visa you must land in that province at least 2 years before you can move to some where else.

The above are my thinking about that matter. Please think twice and ask and search more and more before want to do anything because your decision at this level is very important my friend. ;)

Did you get job offer yourself or someone else helped you to get that?
