They are nearly all reaching all their thresholds. Maybe they will then focus on dealing with cases in the next few weeks.

My Friends,
Their Statistic is like this:

International Skilled Workers APPLICATION QUOTA 31March 28 Feb #Added in March
International Skilled Workers Without an Employment Offer 250 0 0 0
International Skilled Workers With an Employment Offer 5,000 4,803 4,813 10

Saskatchewan Experience
Existing Work Permits & Health Professionals 1,000 878 949 71
Saskatchewan Graduates - Students 400 379 382 3
Out-of-Province Graduates - Students 250 250 250 0
Hospitality Workers 300 233 273 40
Long Haul Truck Drivers 200 170 184 14

Entrepreneur and Farm
Entrepreneurs 0* 0* 0* 0
Farmers 25 19 20 1

Total 7,400 6,732 6,871 139

These results come out from the above table:
1) Total applications they received in 2014 program until 31 March 2014 is: 668 Applications.
2) in March they only had 139 new applications.
3) 3 Months from 12 Months past and they already have only 668 applications and it is 9% of their total capacity for 2014 and for this period they should have 25% of their capacity and it shows they are 14% bellow their number.
4) There were 10 International skilled workers with Job offer for March and also 71 work permits and health professionals.
5) There isn't any Out of province students with them and it shows only local students can apply and maybe something is wrong with their eligibility score for out of province students.

Are you insinuating that little / no applications for International Skilled Workers without unemployment offer ? Does this mean I can apply outside of Canada without a job offer ?

CATEGORY: International Skilled Workers Without an Employment Offer
APPLICATION QUOTA: 250
REMAINING APPLICATIONS: 0

I think all is clear. In that category, there was a 250 quota and all filled on 3 Jan 2014 and 0 Remained.

No New News? :)

The only option remaining for this year is to apply with a job offer(approved) and there are still 4803 files to receive yet. Reason for this category to be so slow maybe employer does not want to wait for so long(SINP processing time) or even they may ask something in return of an approved Job letter.

Dear Exparts,,,my friend is going to apply for sinp & he likes to know whether he should scan all his documents from original copy or make a black & white photocopy then scan for sinp???? eg; passport copy, bith cert, educational cert . Also for all federel forms, should he sign after printing & then scan to sinp or no need singature???? any singature required for sinp online forms ???

All documents must be in English and he can scan them in color as they are and if those documents are not in English, he should first prepare the English translated version and then make a scan from translated documents. For each category he should make ONE PDF file for example if education document has 5 pages then at lat he should make one pdf file with 5 pages inside.

About signing forms, Yes he should first fill and print forms and then sign them and at last scan them again to make one PDF file.

Dear "redstone"

I am not an expert but trying to respond your question below.

-It is always better if you can scan the original documents in color rather than B&W photocopy & scan
-In Federal Form the Applicant and spouse (if applicable) should sign after printing and then scan
-if form is online (I mean if there is option to tick/accept in online) you do not need sign otherwise signature is required like Federal Form then scan

Hope this helps!!
