Hello guys! I need your valid advice on this. I have a study permit (visa) to study in Canada in September 2014 and I also applied for NSNP which is on-going and has no definite time the PR will be issued.

I really wish to take advantage of the PNP to reduce the tuition I will pay If i eventually want to study in Canada. Also, how long (on average) does it take to have a PR issued from start to finish.

Eventually, it is depends on program in which you will apply.
for example,

CEC - 13 Months
FSW - 15/18 Months
PNP - No Limit means once you will get the provincial certificate then your federal process will speed-up. Again it is also depends on PNP Program (if you are on WP then it is higher chance to get PR in shorter period).
Quebec - their own process and rules.

Personally and my experience, in Canada only there are many small countries :)

Each provinces have their own Immigration process, Tax system, Driving license, Medical system & many more things.

Yes, I think IELTS score is valid everywhere provided that it is not expired. As for the bank statement, I guess both of them are ok.
BTW, did SINP ask you to supplement the documents?

Yes, i got additional document request, i submitted waiting for nomination!!

gul vi and others,

My IELTS expiry date is 10th March, 2014. Will I have to ask them about this? Or I have to seat IELTS and will send them the result before they ask. Is here any possibility to reject my application due to IELTS expire or they ask me to submit a mew result? I still not seat for IELTS again and cannot understand it's importance clearly.
hi all,
I asked them about my IELTS validity..Here is their answer:
"Please be advised the SINP only requires that IELTS be submitted before the 2 year validity expires. An officer will let you know if we require an updated test."

This means it is ok if we sit for IELTS only after they ask for.

Yes that is true.. but I am saying... when they will ask you .. then you will study and the appear... and then it will take around 15 days for result and then 5 days for the certificate...

so in total it will be around 40 days in which you will provide IELTS, better to get it and send as soon as possible...

I am agree with this too because in this way you can prevent any delay for getting your nomination letter.

Send them before asking .. because if they are they give you a window of 45 days...

so whether you provide on 1st day or the 45th day .. window remains the same. they will not touch it before 45th day..

Another week gone. No new development. I hope this coming week will bring good news to us all.

Happy weekend!
