That is correct, that is the time to get PR issued. BUT if you read on the following link:
http://www.saskimmigrationcanada.ca/sinp-work-permits-questions
I quote:"
Point 3.
3. How soon can I move to Saskatchewan?

When your SINP application has been approved and the nomination sent to the Centralized Intake Office, we can provide a letter of support for a Temporary Work Permit that will allow you and your accompanying family members to move to Saskatchewan. If approved by CIC, this will allow you to begin working or preparing your business operations while your permanent resident visa is being processed."

So if I understand correctly we can apply for TWP as soon as we receive SINP nominaiton. And TWP takes 4 months in my country according to the information published here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/temp/workers.asp (also 4 months for New Delhi)

Unless I don't understand the process correctly.

So if we get nominated in May/June we can still be in Canada before Christmas!

No this does not include people without a job offer. You will not be able to come to Canada until you receive your permanent residency from CIC.

This is SINP official reply

All Looks to me more confusing about the Work permit after receiving the PR Nomination from Sask.

Its not.. TWP option is only for those who have applied for skilled work category with Job Offer.

For those.. SASK will provide Letter of Support so tht they can join employer as early as possible

Hi... SINP will send you nomination in two options if your have a Job Offer ...
1. You will apply to CIC for Permanent Resident
or 2. You may apply for Temporary Work Permit

it will vary on how fast will your visa office process for PR and TWP.
TWP is much faster and advantageous to those who will migrate alone, there will no assurance that your family member will be approved if you apply for TWP if you planned to include your family in migrating...

I am planning to apply for NSNP - Nova Scotia Nominee Program, please clarify my doubts.

As per the NOC list, my job duties falls under 2173 - Software Engineers and Designers, but the job title(Designation) mentioned was not matched. eg my designation is earlier System Analyst and now Technical Lead.
My designation exactly matches to the NOC 2171 - Information Systems Analysts and Consultants but job duties didn't match.

Please let me know which job code I can apply 2173 or 2171.

Hi All,

Is there any problem with SINP portal. Since morning, I am unable to open my account. Its giving wrong password error. And when I am trying to resent the password - its giving non-authorization email error.

Please reply if somebody is facing same problem.

Cheers

There is a debate going on whether you can apply to two provinces at the same time. it can put your first application at risk.

is it :o :o :o :o :o
I never want to make any risk where i have got AOR at least....

I have also decided not to apply for NS because this will make our both applications at high risk. Also if you will evaluate then you will find that SASK is far better than NS in all aspects.

Peeps, i want to know which category of NSNP- RLMD stream (e.g: skilled worker; Community Identified; or Family business Worker) should one apply?

5 days left to hear from SINP with another email(hopefully) :-X

Dear Seniors ald old members.
This is my second message. Can any one give answer to my question to boost my morale ?. My agent has given me my Online Application No. of SINP.He says his company rules do not allow him disclose User name and Password. He claims that my cases was filed on time i.e before 3rd Jan 2014. I do not know my User Name and Password hence can not check my status online. What do you people think ? Am I in the pipeline ? or being be-fooled by my consultant.Thanks.Kindly reply ,Dear Friends.
