Yes, I think it is a good idea. In this way we will have an active list of applicants and we can follow their activity until land in final step. after that we can meet each other in Regina or Saskatoon when we arrive there!

yes, plz go ahead ..will look tidy also and also if u like create a single separate column for those who r out and who have not shared info(only names)(strike thru for rejected and as it is for no info shared(may be a color in the cell), in this way we can have the record of them too.
In future if they come back we know they were with us in the beginning.
