I think major changes are going to come on portal. So portal server is down.

I think they really need new immigrants to improve their life! They must get more IT experts to solve current difficulties in that section.

Is it necessary to submit Translator Affidavit, even if all translations are notarized translations ( verified by public notary)?

Did any accountant submit approval from licensing body along with application package?

Yes, its necessary to provide a translator affidavit coz a translator is approved by the government to do the job of translation and he has the stamp having "translation is true...." but a notary has only the stamp " this copy is true...."
