HI GUYS!..I submitted my application January 3 my current status is "submitted..however I got an email from sinp immigration dated January 13, 2014 saying that a receipt email will be sent to me when SINP staff receives my application and this will take 1 – 2 weeks... ??? ??? ???

Do you mind tell us why are you getting this Email? Were you send mail to them asking for progress?

I just found the record in the spreadsheet, pretty early, 1/02/2014 17:00:00 CST, but here the post is saying Jan. 3, hmm, I'm confused

Dont worry please allow some time..as i told many times in earlier post. Its not straight process. Although people are worried about if their applications will be cancelled but theres nothing you can do until you get final email from SINP. There is hope until the last breath. My brother applied on 4th he didnt receive anything and i am asking him to wait atleast 2 weeks.

Good luck for your brother, i have a strong feeling that people who didn't get any message saying that CAP FOR SKILLED CATEGORY HAS BEEN REACHED, they will get AOR for sure !

Yes. But his fsw application has been within cap as got positive review few weeks ago. Just to be on safe side he applied to sinp..dont know why?

Guys,

Pls do not post negative comments in forum. Let us stay positive. Those who have are still waiting for confirmation email they are still in the game unless individual receive written email communication from SINP.

Immigration Officer need to go through each and every before sending email confirmation and process takes its own time.

So just watch and wait.

Exactly..theres hope until you get the last email from sinp. Thats the bitter truth, sinp will take ages to nominate but you just have to wait..result will be in your favor no matter how long.

This Monday was fake! I think in every week there are two important days for us, Monday as the first day and Friday as the last day of the Week. It is better they send emails in Fridays instead of Mondays because they can send emails related to all finished work in that week.

In this situation we must wait again until Friday to see what will happens next.

Nope. People submitted from 3rd onwards are waiting for their AORs although there have been reports of some 3rd dated applications getting AORs

Does it mean , people who applied on January 02 , 2014 . If they are considered , they should have AOR received till now ?other wise...
my application was not 3rd , it was 2nd Jan 2014 , Canada time.

Logically yes. But believe me there are some 2nd dated applicants also waiting to hear from SINP
