I have applied for the SINP. What if I secure a job in Calgary, Alberta while my SINP is still in process? is there a possibility for me move across on SINP and then move to Alberta? or drop out of SINP and join the AINP? what options would i have?

Once you get PR via SINP then you have to atleast live there in Sask for 2 yrs.

Hi guys, in accomplishing the Generic Application Form for Canada, what should an applicant indicate in the 4th box (immigration office requested for processing this application)? Is it CIC Central Intake Office or the Canadian Visa Office located in your country of residence? Just wondering while I am reviewing my accomplished federal forms. thank you.

Thanks for the quick reply gulbadan. In my case, I indicated Central Intake Office based on the provision on Step 2 of the How the SINP Works heading in page 3 of the Application Guide for the International Skilled Workers Category. Could this be the reason why my application which was submitted on Jan 3 (at around 8:00 PM CST) is still pending todate? May I know the status of all applicants who submitted their online applications on January 3, 2013? Thanks.

Hi Guys,

One question, do i need to sign the section A of Ethical Conduct Disclosure and Declaration Form if i have not appointed a representative?

Chris

No this comes in picture when the Assessment starts by SINP to provide Nomination Letter and not before that
