I havnet upload checklist.....
Gul, PLease advise.

TS

Yes checklist needs to be uploaded but they havent given an option where to upload so i uploaded it under one of the federal forms. All I care is that they will have the checklist to see, doesnt matter in which section.

What are the criteria to be eligible to apply in SINP? My common law has a second cousin who is a PR in Saskatchewan, can he nominate us?

Pls. make it clear for us. Thanks in advance.

Or you must have an immediate family in Saskatchewan to nominate you?

Please reply.

SINP Apply Online will be temporarily unavailable due to technical difficulties.

We're sorry for the inconvenience.

at last they got some courage to accept it.

Is the E-mail in the guide to send additional documents while they are required(asked by CIC or SINP)?

or we can send forms or documents whenever we want?
for example if we want to send a page of additional information now(after submission), can we use this e-mail?
or we should send them after acceptance?

"Once your application package is received, an immigration officer will assess it against the eligibility criteria for the International Skilled Worker Category.
• You will receive a receipt letter via email that includes your application number. Please use this number to reference all inquiries or submissions for your application.
• You will only be contacted by the SINP with requests for missing documents and or with the results of our assessment. All communication is done via email. If you are required to submit additional documents email: immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca"

The SINP Apply Online is down for maintenance. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience

Now they also have the taken out the link from the home page.

Looks like a they are making a major update to the system.

Hope it turns out well when they bring it back online.

Well can someone share their views on the trend which SINP may follow while selecting the applications.

One of the esteem member commented that the application is not based on first come first serve but rather on the basis of the complete application overview and the discretion of VO. It sounded quite strange but at the same time had some base in it...

Just wanted to brainstorm on this.. I think be it provincial or federal all procedure should be same as we are aware federal gives priority to the application received at the earliest.
