This is what the instruction guide says:

Type A
The child is under the age of 22 and is single (not married and not in a common-law relationship).

Type B
The child has been continuously enrolled in and in attendance as a full‑time student at a post-secondary institution accredited by the relevant government authority and has depended substantially on the financial support of a parent either:
- since before the age of 22, or
- since marrying or entering into a common-law relationship (if it happened before the age of 22).

Type C
The child is 22 years of age or older, has depended substantially on the financial support of a parent since before the age of 22, and is unable to provide for himself or herself because of a medical condition.

Here is my semi-final preparation, list of documents for SINP.

1) Passport for Main App and other dependent(s)
2) Birth Certificate for Main App and other dependent(s).
3) Marriage Certificate
4) All post-secondary educational certificates with transcripts.
5) All previous work exp letters and certificates for main app.
6) IELTS result (which is less than 2 years old)
7) Bank Statement(last 6 months), FD copies.
8) All Federal form (mentioned below)
  • 1 IMM5690E Document Checklist
2 IMM0008ENU_2D Generic Appl
4 IMM5669E Schedule A Backgroundform for both Main and Dependents.
5 IMM5406E Additional Family INformation for both Main and Dependents.
6 imm0008_4e Schedule 4 only for main appl.
7 IMM5562E Travels Form Only for main app.
8 IMM5620E Fee Form Only for main appl.

9) Settlement Plan

and last form

10) "ethical-conduct-disclosure-and-declaration-form".

Please check if anything is missing. Hope these may help you all as well.

Thats an old form and I didn't see it in the checklist. So its a no.
