@RAM: Bro Please update the Spreadsheet as per what you were suggesting.

Hi for those who are saying that you dont need to have an eligibility for licensure if your profession is regulated, after nomination, you are incorrect. As per page 11 of the International skilled workers category guide, it specifically mentions "Proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan licensure from the regulatory body will be required as part of the SINP application". So you Will Not get nominated until you show proof that you have the eligibility for licensure. Just FYI. :)

Gul

Just saw this link with respect to selecting our category. It says for question 2 if you had selected 'ECONOMIC' for question 1, then you can select one of the following

If you chose “ Economic” in question 1, select one of the following:
Skilled worker
Skilled trades
Investor
Entrepreneur
Self-employed
Provincial nominee
Canadian experience class
Quebec selected skilled worker
Quebec selected entrepreneur
Quebec selected self employed
Quebec selected investor
Live-in Caregiver Program (LCP)
Startup Business

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EG7TOC.asp#eg74

I think we need to provide as SKILLED WORKER as we would not have yet been nominated. But we are seeking nomination, so what do you think

Hi Ram

please refer this

Provincial nominees
Almost all of Canada’s provinces and territories can nominate people to immigrate to Canada. These people have the skills, education and work experience they need to contribute to the economy of that province or territory.

To apply under the Provincial Nominee Program, you must:

be nominated by a specific Canadian province or territory, then
apply to Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) to become a permanent resident of Canada.

Now all the forms will be submitted to CIC only after our Nomination so It has to be provincial Nominees. Secondly Bro, you were also defending this and now you yourself is confused..

Guys please help and enlight more on this.

nithyaindia and few others like me who have failed in FSW 2013 and have come here

While filling the generic application form, are you giving your UCI number or not. Should we give that. I have my UCI number from FSW 2013 as my application pack has been returned

HI Ram

UCI needs to be provided and accordingly you have to modify your settlement plan.

Lots of job as long as your not so picky, but regulated jobs are not easy to pursue as you need experience and Canadian knowledge, but in time, with perseverance, motivation and hard work, anyone can reach what they really want to do. :)

what about funds? any one have an idea about it?
