I am a FSWP 2013 applicant, and my applications is already under processing ... So do SINP gives me any benefit If I am able to obtain nomination from them ?

Ok fine, I'm very late. I read about this SNIP program yesterday and now, I don't know what to do. I have read all the guidelines and everything, But, I am confused now about the documents and IELTS exam. I had IELTS exam 3 years back so,it is mandatory to attach your IELTS marksheet to your application?? Should I hire an representative?? Please help me.

I am also in same boat regarding IELTS, but I haven't seen anywhere are about how long is IELTS score is valid.
So I am going to go ahead and submit the application with same 3 yr load result only.

My question is: Are we to print all provincial and federal forms, fill and scan or we are to fill out all forms whether Federal or Provincial online?

Hi As per guide we have complete " Code of conduct for representive and Application declaration form " . I think the "ethical-conduct-disclosure-and-declaration-form" is different than the code of of conduct form .

Why do you want to get nomination from SINP when your FSW file is under processing already. You will anyways get PR through FSW. SINP will not give any benefit in your existing file but on the other end someone else will miss a chance to get SINP nomination if you apply and get nominated by SINP. Frankly, you dont need SINP nomination and you should make way for people who lost their chance to apply in this year's FSW program or were not able to qualify. this is one chance for them to get PR without job offer and it is 250 nos only. Hope you got my point and only said in good faith.

IELTS score is valid for 2 years only. it is mentioned in the application guideline. they are very strict about guideline and if they see IELTS more than 2 years old, they will not process it. Remember many ppl will apply and they wont have a shortage of selecting ppl with valid IELTS. What you can do is, attach old IELTS result and receipt of the new IELTS test date, this way you will buy some time. Again I dont know if this will work or not but never hurt to try. Good Luck.

Hi SINP aspirants, I was just wondering has anyone tried uploading documents such as passport copy etc as when i tried to the do the same the page got timed out.. :.. Below mentioned was the message which was displayed on the screen....

"Not Found The requested URL /apex/wwv_flow.accept was not found on this server."

The file size was only 123 Kb....

Kindly let me know with your valuable views...

How are you uploading the documents? I mean under which stream? I just checked and saw that they have removed old skilled worker program. so now anytime they should be updating with new SINP skilled workers forms then only you will be able to upload documents.

I had a doubt with regards to the form which are going to be published. As these forms are already going to be in a PDF format and we can fill in our details on the same. The places were we are suppose to sign we will have to print them sign and then upload them again in PDF format. But for the ones which can be filled online can we upload them straight or still print n then upload ?

Well i was just trying to upload the documents under general information form. I had old profile so i was trying to upload the documents under that category.

Anyhow i was wondering would you be able to provide any information on the maximum file size permitted for the documents required to be uploaded for the application process.
