As mentioned on SNIP only, they will be sharing new forms and a new portal to submit applications. Federal forms will be required but with some modifications. eg: Province etc etc.

Hi Seniors,

Myself and my hubby is not having Birth Certificate for FSW, I have taken Notary certificate attaching 10th and passport copy for both of us. Whether this proof holds for SINP process?

Well thats a tricky question. Please refer this

11. Passports
The expiry date on passports should be no less than two years from the date of your SINP application. You will need to include scanned copies of pages in your passport that show the passport number, date of issue, expiry date, photo, name, and place of birth for:
• yourself (the principal applicant);
• your spouse or common-law partner (if applicable); and,
• all dependent children accompanying you to Canada (if applicable).
If you live in a country that is different than your nationality, please include a scanned copy of your visa for the country in which you currently live.

you can call or email then with the necessary queries.

Hi guys,.

New to forum. Just some quick Questions about NEW SINP APPLICATIONS Startinf from 2nd JAN 2014.

1 Can we submit any document on later stage.

2. What will happen if a document missing. Would SINP office give any chance to supply missing document or will just send REJECTION.

3. When can we re-lodge again after rejection (after how many weeks/months) Can we lodge immediately if all documents OK.

4. If someone have already applied to other Canadian state for nomination, will that effect her outcome from SINP?,

5. Does SINP Office cross reference information from other states.

6. Can we use Academic IELTS test results.

7. What to do if non-availability certificate has been issued by Births and Deaths Registration Office. i.e if no birth certificate available, then what to submit instead.

All the best to all new future applicants !

Dont take chance. Submit as much as you can in the first shot. Remember just 250 applications and so many people in the race.. one wrong / missing doc and your case could be put aside by them...

2. What will happen if a document missing. Would SINP office give any chance to supply missing document or will just send REJECTION.
My guess is, they will return the entire package with the instructions on how to re-apply which to me basically means starting the entire loop once again afresh.

3. When can we re-lodge again after rejection (after how many weeks/months) Can we lodge immediately if all documents OK.
They should let applicant know what is wrong and how / when can they re-apply.

4. If someone have already applied to other Canadian state for nomination, will that effect her outcome from SINP?,
Not sure about this... Anyone any clue here?

5. Does SINP Office cross reference information from other states.

only GENERAL TRAINING... Academic won't be valid.

This is answered in one of the recent question in the forum. please refer to that

Hope this helps!

I don't you should get licenced rather contact the body, so they confirm you are able to practice with you current qualificationion and experience eventually.

Do we need to fill the federal forms at the time of initial online application when they open the portal for SINP on Jan 2 or Federal forms need to be filled on the second stage?

My occupation is regulated occupation in canada (software engineer or software developer) ... do i need any permission before applying for SNIP online application??

I have found in saskimmigrationcanada site

International Skilled Worker Category

Applicants whose occupational education and work experience is in a regulated profession or compulsory apprenticeship trade will be required to obtain the appropriate Saskatchewan licensure to be able to work in that profession. To see if the occupation is regulated in Saskatchewan, go to Is my occupation regulated?. Proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan licensure from the regulatory body will be required as part of the SINP application. :(

Could anyone clarify the issue
Thanks

"Proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan license from the regulatory body will be required as part of the SINP application."

To get eligibility for license, It is a long and formal process involving fees and few steps, does it mean we have to go through this to get that proof of eligibility as a part of application. It could mean if SINP application get rejected for any other reason, all the fees and efforts to get that eligibility license will go waste.

Any thoughts guys?
