Regarding the new sk immi policy, is it compulsory to have job offer and blood relation in the province? without these 02, i can still secure 60 marks based on age, edu, lang & exp. So, am in eligible for SK immigration as skilled migrant? I will appreciate to have your kind prompt response.

I know to people they applied in October and got approval on beginning of December..

Not a pre requisite. Of course having a relative will definately give you points. But if you are able to conjure up 60 points without these two and if you are one among the 250 applicants, then you can get your nomination approved, provided you submit all the correct documentation

Why do you think that will be a constraint. If you have a Term Deposit, wont it be stable. Sorry for being ignorant, but just asking

I also applied under 2174, due to cap am not able to make it out.
I am planning to apply under SINP, having below doubts kindly clarify.

1. Will 2174 is comes under Regulated profession, if not we need to get license for this?.
Explain this as am not able to understand this point.
2. it seems they are giving more preference to truck driver, health professional etc whether
they will consider IT?
3. Will filling the form online whether we need to submit 1. Federal filled form 2. Supplement plan 3. All supporting documents
4. Is it fine to submit WES evaluation report?
5. I have taken employment verification letter from my previous as well current employer on May 2013, whether I need to take
latest one thr my designation remains same?
6. In the Application guide it has been mentioned that passport should have validity more than 2 years, My husbhand's passport valid is going to expire on July 2014.What I can do for this?
7. Regarding points calculation for work exp, I have 6 + years exp and having only 1+ year under 2174,whether I am eligible to get
10 points?

Even I or others are not able to understand this point. But from my point of view IT is not regulated and I dont think you will need a licence to perform your duties. Also as you have told that you are one of a FSW applicant, I am sure you will already have your ECA ready. So that should be ok. I am also under the same assumption

Yes they will consider as 2174 is also a part of their Occupation List. I was a 2174 in FSW. Now planning for 2171 as its for Consultants and Analysts. What is your background ? Accordingly select so that we do not want to face another cap filled situation here too.

I think you need to submit only your supporting documents for the moment which primarily will be your BC, Education, Marriage certificate, etc.Federal forms will be when you contact CIC with your approved SNIP nomination.

I think so. Not sure about this one. I am also having WES and looking from various links, I think WES should be fine.

Not needed. I also have taken it during May and going to submit the same here.

You can try to apply using the Tatkal medium. Passports will arrive in 3 days. I applied it using the same medium when I wanted to. No harm in applying now. In fact before a year you can renew your passport as per PSK

I think if its only 1 year then you get only 2 points. Please check the manual once again.

Overall we are in the same boat I think.
