  Here is my semi-final preparation, list of documents for SINP.
  
  1) Passport for Main App and other dependent(s)
  2) Birth Certificate for Main App and other dependent(s).
  3) Marriage Certificate
  4) All post-secondary educational certificates with transcripts.
  5) All previous work exp letters and certificates for main app.
  6) IELTS result (which is less than 2 years old)
  7) Bank Statement(last 6 months), FD copies.
  8) All Federal form (mentioned below)
  

  • 1 IMM5690E Document Checklist

  2 IMM0008ENU_2D Generic Appl
  4 IMM5669E Schedule A Backgroundform for both Main and Dependents.
  5 IMM5406E Additional Family INformation for both Main and Dependents.
  6 imm0008_4e Schedule 4 only for main appl.
  7 IMM5562E Travels Form Only for main app.
  8 IMM5620E Fee Form Only for main appl.
  
  9) Settlement Plan
  
  and last form
  
  10) "ethical-conduct-disclosure-and-declaration-form".

I am not sure if are suppose to submit the IMM5620E Fee Form at this stage atleast. And if some one could also advise if everyone is suppose to fill in the ethical-conduct-disclosure-and-declaration-form.

i was able to successfully register guys. they are still using the old system but there was a reservation that applications received on or after jan 2 will be subject to current criteria. waiting for my password....

Just kept ready all forms...because we don't know what forms are going to be online on new system. So better to be ready with all forms.

For form Ethical Conduct Disclosure and Declaration Form can you tell me what are you checking and filling. Since I am filling out the forms on my own, i just completed section B and selected the 5th option with signature of Self and Spouse in Section A and Section B.

Buddy with respect to your concern... Iam sure you are quite aware of the details for SINP as you have landed at the designated place but for lord sake let the people have some hope and let them take their chance as your comments on regulated points would only deviated them from the impending work..

All in all they would anyways apply even thought you might have the point...

Hi Kane, thank you for your comment, but don't take it negatively. I am trying to help and not trying to loose them hope. I am providing facts here. I am following this thread as I have a sister whom I am also helping to get here. What am I saying is what is required. Why would someone apply if they knew, they haven't met the requirements, is that a true hope? Anyways, whatever your perception is, I respect it. But make sure that you don't judge anyone's comment easily. I am providing facts here and did not comment negatively.

One question. Do we need to fill form for both. In my case I am main app but my spouse is not accompanying me. Still I need to get sign from him?

Hi sreeramp, to see if the occupation is regulated in Saskatchewan, go here http://www.saskimmigrationcanada.ca/is-my-occupation-regulated/

"Proof of eligibility for Saskatchewan licensure from the regulatory body will be required as part of the SINP application". - as per guide in page 11

"If your occupational education and work experience is in a regulated profession or compulsory apprenticeship trade, you will be required to demonstrate that you have obtained the appropriate Saskatchewan licensure to be able to work in that profession before you apply" - SINP eligibility ISW Category

Well nursemich, If that's the case sure it make sense and apologies if i sounded a bit harsh..Kindly also share a link which could substantiate your statement.. I would really appreciate it and would diligently go through the details for getting the complete picture.

Hi Are the federal forms the same as they were in May 2013 for FSW program or there any changes ?
