i read this in the supporting documents guidelines

"In your application you are required to submit detailed documentation to verify three consecutive months of stable funds, including a detailed history of funds. These funds must remain stable throughout the entire immigration process."

it means if i plan to apply, first i submit the settlement funds and after maintaining those for 3 months , i could attach the proof and file the application after 3 months. :(

is it like that or is there any other way ?
kindly explain

Hi NewPlan2014,

We all welcome you to the thread.
As of now we don't have settlement plan guideline or doc (at least with me), if anyone does have it please post it on thread, so that it will be helpful for everyone including me ;)
Looking for inputs from fellow thread mates.

I am also confused abt this part i dont ve the $19000 required in my bank a/c i m going to sell of sum assets and put it in my a/c does that means i cant apply till i ve that much funds lying in my bank for 3 months??

Hi all,

If any can just please help me. Actually I have a job offer from one of the top bank of Canada, and I would be placed in Regina (Saskatchewan). I have my real aunt and his husband living there and they are citizen.

Considering the above advantage, is it possible that they could apply me in SINP family Immigration program. And what time it will take to get the status change from work permit to PR in process

I have booked IELTS date for 9th Jan and maybe getting my score by 21st or 22nd Jan. I have an old IELTS score card of 2007. COuld I apply now and send old IELTS card with admit card for the 9th Jan test and send the latest score late on as I got 7.5 in my previous score and my education has been in English throughout and I am Engineer by profession could it be possible to apply on jan 10th and IELTS score of 9th Jan test in about 10-11 days later. 9th Jan for thats the possible date to get for IELTS right now. Please advise.

Regarding funds...well your are supposed to be maintaining the required sum from period of oct 2013 till the immigration process. oct 2013 considering you plan to apply on 2nd Jan 2014.

Hi abcpunjab, as I read and experience they are very strict regarding to their rules in IELTS. it should not greater than 2 yrs as stated in guidelines.
