My friend,
SINP always nominate the maximum federal cap. For 2013 and 2014 there were huge backlog from family stream and Entrepreneur applicants applied in 2011 and 2012 and as we can see SINP finished family stream backlog this year(2014) and nominated many of them and we don't have any statistics about rejections. I think they will issue all 4725 nominations belong to 2014 quota by 31 DEC 2014.
For those without Job offer applicants couldn't receive nomination by now it seems there isn't any nomination available for this year and they should wait for new year's quota! (I am one of them!)

do you know when SINP 2015 without job offer will open again ? friends said maybe in 2 January 2015 is that true ?
please if there are any information about SINP without job offer share them with us and any link please thanks (I am one of them too!)

You need atleast IELTS 6 in all band.

SINP Application Submitted: July 9, 2014 (Approximate)
SINP Confirmed Received: August 15, 2014
SINP Nomination: September 12, 2014
PR Application Submitted to CIO: September 15, 2014
PR Application Arrived CIO: September 18, 2014

Now I am waiting for my file number.

For those that are thinking of applying after Jan, 2015 you may want to take a look and see if you qualify for Express Entry.

As we know, the last nomination for this group was sent on 28 August 2014 and after that there is nothing. About 100 - 150 applicants are still waiting in that category to receive nomination from SINP.

Dear Victor papa, Thanks for the information.I think we do not have any other option but to wait. I sent mails to SINP but did not get any satisfactory reply.What information is provided to other friends and members of this forum if they enquire in this regard ?

Hi I just want to ask about the forms, Schedule A: Background/Declaration (scanned copy) and IMM-5406 Additional Family Information (scanned copy) it says there that it must be completed by the principal applicant and the spouse or commonlaw partner and childrens over 18 years old. The question is do i still need to send another copy of that form filled-up by my spouse even though she will not accompany me in canada because I'm planning to get them two years after I become PR since i need to focus first on the job offered to me. I just want to make sure so I can submit complete forms to SINP.

Another is I already have a job approval valid until may 2015, I'm planning to submit the application this mid december 2015 after I get my official score from CELPIP. But I'm afraid that the official score by mail will take until January 2015. I read from other thread that there maybe a change on SINP this January 2, 2015, the question is will it also affect my job approval or I need to comply to the new possibly changes and have my job approval not valid anymore?

Yes, I have a job offer and is applying within Canada. I am not sure if they have updated the criteria right now, but as long as your employer is able to obtain a Job Approval Letter and you have valid work permit you can still apply through the Existing Work Permit sub-stream just like I did.

We have to wait to see what SINP will do for us after a year of waiting?! If they want to give us nominations in January then we can apply through Express Entry program and It will be a very fast way to enter Canada in 2015 (If they give nomination in January then visa will be ready in August!) but If SINP wants to send nominations on these 16 remaining working days of 2014 then we should apply through the old system and it will be a very long way to go! because they will put the whole energy to the new Express Entry program and we have to wait a lot to get our visas.

I hope SINP don't do anything in these 16 days and send nominations in January or February 2015!

I think somewhere in the guide, either from SINP or CIC, stated that if you want to sponsor your family to come over to Canada at a later date (ie. not accompanying you when you submit your application at this moment), you still have to include them in your application; otherwise, you will not be able to sponsor them in the future. Also, please be caution with this because Canada does not take "I didn't know" excuses.

As for the CELPIP score, if your job is a skilled job (NOC O, A, or B) then I believe you will not need to submit your score right now (read through the guide, it is some where in the SINP requirements). However, you will have to have it ready for submission when you send your application to CIC. On the other hand, if you job level is and below NOC C, then you will need to wait until your language test results to come back before you can submit your application.
