Hi Guys,
I submitted my application on Jan. 2 2014 and I received the notification mail 5 hours ago. But after I reviewed my application again, I found that I had made 2 mistakes...
1. because I was crazy to refresh the website at that time and did not notice " If you wish to attach forms for a family member on this application, you must add an Federal Forms and Documents from the Family Member page for the applicable spouse or dependant. Only one form should be attached per page." in the instructions area when submit the Federal forms, I submitted both my forms and sponse' forms in the "Federal Forms and Documents - IMM-5406 Additional Family Information and Federal Forms and Documents - Schedule A: Background/Declaration" area.
2. From application guide, it seems that only my marriage certificate is needed. (page 9 of the Application Guide for the International Skilled Workers Category.pdf:
If you are married or widowed you must include:
o marriage certificate; and /or
o death certificate of former spouse (if applicable).
) , so, I did not create marriage status in "Family Member - Spouse".... But I just found below in the "Online Application Manual" (page 23: If the family member is a spouse, you must also include the Marital Status record.)
Any suggestion? Do I need to send mail to SINP about it? ... Thanks!
