having education in Marketing and worked as Procurement specialist for 10 years still get rejected by SK- oid? i saw a lot in soem forum regarding education not related to work experience.. and they all considered INELLIGIBLE.

A lot? If your work experience matches with your education then only reason you might get rejected if your job duties do not match with job duties stated in noc. Please rectify me if I am wrong. Yes you said it right that if work experience does not match with education then they take the applications for rejection. But if experience and background match then the reason for rejection is others.

I have to fill Additional Family form(IMM5406E) for me and my wife, there is an applicant field and spouse field on this form

I'm sure all of you who have been granted PR had to fill this form, please suggest who needs to be Applicant on my wife's form.
I see differing comments, some said it should be my name because I'm Principal applicant while others said it should be my wife's name because she is filling that form and signing it for her family information.

Definitely Your wife. What is the cause of confusion, u have already filled this form for SINP. Copy sinp form as it is, here u have to do only change the date located at bottom

Cause of confusion is the "applicant" terminology and a comment that it has to be filled by everyone above 18 even if they are not accompanying.
Now if we have a case where person is not accompany let's assume wife, then technically she can't be put as an applicant on this form even though the information related to her has to be applied.

According to this form language, "Main Applicant" means who's declaring their family members. For this Particular form only he is the main applicant.

Let us assume that there is a family of four.. husband , wife and two children with husband being the primary applicant. Now if we fill in the husband as principal applicant in all four then the forms would look all similar, having the same information. Hence, no point in filling separate forms.
Applicant field is the differentiating field here and the relationships need to be filled according to the person's name filled in the applicant field.
Having the wife as applicant, the values that you fill in other fields would change.

Include any political, social, youth...,trade unions and professional associations.

Does this include professional associations like
PMI-- Project Management Institute
APICS-- American Production and Inventory Control Society

Not necessary. Write "None" in each block.

How your profile is rejected if you applied in 30 Aug 16, Is it not very quick, what you think?? only 8 days and in this 08 days three was the holidays in Canada!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
