Hello everyone,

I stated in my Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP)Schedule A form ( Background /Declaration) that I was denied UK visitors visa in 2014. I now got a message from SINP that I should send a scan copy of UK REFUSAL LETTER to them withing 45 days in other to continue my application process.

Have searched everywhere, I could not find that letter. May be have trashed it since is just a letter to justify the reason why my visitors application was denied.

kindly advice me on how best to reply SINP mail. So that they can continue my application process.

If they ask you for some proof, especially visa refusal letters, it is important to submit them. I assume you received a soft copy of the letter as well. Try searching for it. If not, you do not have option except to send them detailed LOE along with a PCC clearance letter now to convince them that you do not have criminal records against you in the current country. All the best.

It would be grt if someone give me ideas abt the following time frame:

1. PR application to medical report
2. Medical report to passport
3. Passport to visa.

Pls also mention the time given by CIC for the first entry.

seems like May EE is not their priority. :-\

They don't bother about your maturity date, cause it is 4 months later after your submission. Why are u worrying? U showed the deposit from Feb to May 16 (3 month old deposit before submission). Was the fund sufficient according to your family members at the time of form submission? (Whether they are accompanying you or not)

Yes, the fund is more than sufficient.
