Hi,

I have applied for SINP on 21st July 2016.

The term deposit that I have submitted as POF has maturity date of 28th Aug,2016. Its on auto renewal and will be renewed, but do you think SINP will raise a query on this? If yes, what can I do beforehand to prevent this? Can someone advice? Thanks.

If its stated in the certificate that the POF is on auto renewal, then you have no problems at all.

Attach bank manager certificate mentioning starting date of deposit.

Start date of deposit is mentioned on the certificate, as well as in the Economic classes form that we submit in the SINP application. But I am worried that looking at the maturity date as 28-Aug-2016, they might reject my application :(.

They don't bother about your maturity date, cause it is 4 months later after your submission. Why are u worrying? U showed the deposit from Feb to May 16 (3 month old deposit before submission). Was the fund sufficient according to your family members at the time of form submission? (Whether they are accompanying you or not)

Hello Friends,
Please i have a Concern, i had submitted my application, but didn't maintain minimum funds for three months prior to submission,
I intend to keep the funds till after immigration process, my question is should i send the updated pof to sinp in the next three months-( i. e june - august) prior to request from sinp?

Or will that be a desperate move?

Thanks in advance guys

Hello,

I was in the same shoes as you. Yes, you need to send it ahead, it makes the process faster. In some cases they may not ask you for updated POF, they may just deny you nomination as you did not maintain the funds required for 3 months. Also, we are not yet in august, how do you intend sending statements from June to august? it should be May to July instead.

Best of luck...

If you didn't have the funds for 3 months I suggest sending a letter of explanation of where the funds are coming from. They want to see it is your money and not a loan. They also look for some stability, but if you can explain that is better
