Hi All,

What is funds conversion date? I don't see anything like that in application submitted for Saskatchewan. Even proof of funds screen was not there, so I have email settlement FUNDS and Settlement Plan on email to them, however, I haven't got any acknowledgement so far.

Need some info on family member addition. If any baby is born after the nomination, what should be the procedure for that to add in the application. Also, please let me know the same condition if baby born after the visa have been issued.

Guys, my daughter's passport expiring in October 16.I am planing to renew it next month. in case I get nomination durring tht time, what steps i should take to inform SINP, will it affact my current application? plz guide

:-D With his father's name, mother's name, place of birth and date of birth. Problem is by the time they got this certificate they haven't named him .

Yes, I agree. India in old times. However, they are issuing birth certificates with the name of the person now although back dated. Not sure if it is provided in all states. You might want to check. My brother got his certificate recently.

North Americans do not understand the concept of a blank birth cert. Better not to risk it.

Conversion date is in the settlement funds tab. You should see this in the first section of the 2nd set of tabs. This is supposed to be added as new screen because this is not there by default. So you have to read the interface very carefully before you submit your application. Any missing documents upon submission might lead to rejection especially the proof of funds.

you should just scan the new passport copy of your daughter and send it to them as email. no problem about this. any update or changes can be directly addressed to SINP.

I see only below steps in my applcation and don't remember at a step if I had to create it myself, although I have sent POF separately with settlement plan over mail.
Can it be the reason for rejection.

Like I have mentioned, it's not there by default it is created by you. It really depends on the case officer that will review your case but like I have mentioned they are strict about settlement funds especially when you didn't attach anything upon submission.

Can anyone tell me that what are the requirements for the close relative member for Saskatchewan PNP, in International Skilled Worker - Occupations In-Demand. The link says this

"Close relative in Saskatchewan
The applicant or accompanying spouse has a close relative that is a Canadian citizen or permanent resident residing in Saskatchewan. Close relatives include:
Parents,
Siblings,
Grandparents,
Aunts and uncles,
Nieces and nephews,
Cousins, and
Step-family members or in-laws of the same relationships.

The family members in Saskatchewan must meet the requirements as listed in this Application Guide
Please tell me what are these requirements for the family member living in Saskatchewan. Your help will be highly appreciated.
