Don't think so. I assume, SINP is holding 17th May decisions until next intake opening or July 1st week processing statistics update.

I don't have any logic behind this though!

Yes ! you need to print, sign (by hand) & then upload the scanned documents..

I think so too. Someone mentioned in another post that he was told by SINP to wait till 7th July for feedback on his application before calling back. So I think we should watch out for that time.
