Hi All,

My brother's application came into Process today just an hour ago on 2 June, 2016.

SINP May Intake, EE Category.
NOC: 2171.

We provided new bank statement of last 3 months on May 25 as last one we had on the day of applying was of last 6 months so as per requirement, we got fresh 3 months statement and sent them which they have updated in attachment files in Settlement Fund screen.

From "In-Process" application can be "Nominated" or "Waiting on Applicant" or "Ineligible". There are recent example that after In-Process an application became "Application Returned".

But first one is normal process for an OASIS application.

If an application is in-process for more than couple of weeks, probability of being "Returned" is very very less.

I know its in demand in SK. My question was if anyone with the Noc code applied during the May intake

I really hope so. My application is "in process" for a week now. Getting tensed more and more everyday.

No request for additional docs. The profile was returned from in process.

It was in process for just a day.

Reason: No proof of funds attached.

But my question is why not just request for the proof of funds from the applicant?

^ SINP is VERY STRICT when it comes to proof of funds. You may miss the other documents and submit later but NEVER this one at the time of application. If they will consider your POF when you do submit it later (through e-mail), is completely their decision. So don't risk it.

They will ask for any document if it's uploaded wrongly or they need updated one.

If you not even uploaded a document it's considered missing and they will straightly return the application.
