I recieved my FBI PCC today . Can any one suggest me how to send it to cio. I just want to send PCC before file transfer My biggest worry is chances of getting transferred to SGVO

Besibi from were are you. I am from India under same stream sinp oid nomination on Jan 14 2017 file received by cio on 15 th Feb 2017 waiting them to charge my card and aor. Can we talk over phone if you don't have any problem.
