Nope.. nothing but since last 3 draws noc 1311 is not included. What can be the reason? They have too many applications for that? Or they need lower score for 1311?

I have one question to ask regarding the Educational Credential Assessment (ECA) report from Comparative Education Service(CES) what if I provide them the sealed verified degree and marks sheet copy to them again they will verify that sealed document or not?

You may be asking the wrong question. The NoC code is decided by the job/work experience you share on your profile, and not by your education. Yes, your education and job should be linked ideally but education/degree doesn't decide your NoC. Perhaps if you can share what line of work your are in, ppl can help.
