Hi, I am facing a similar problem as I submitted my application on 26 March and my IELTS expire on 28 July. My question is, if IRCC will need fresh IELTS, it can be any band? I mean I don’t have to struggle again and aim for 7.5 in listening and so on? IRCC can accept a band score of 6 even, is that right?IMO, you need not fret about June 2nd. Whether you receive your PNP by June 1st, or not, you will get your 600 points since SINP doesn't need your IELTS anymore to grant you nomination. However, problem will arise when you key in those 600 points back into the IRCC, which may happen anytime, depending on when you actually get the points. Just bear in mind, whenever you want to key in those 600 points in IRCC and you want IRCC to take your profile up in the draw, ensure to have a fresh valid IELTS score THEN, not NOW.
All the best.
Yes, IRCC will accept any band. Band is necessary for the draw cut-off, if you get those 600 points, band shouldn't matter anymore. However, you will have to take the IELTS again since IRCC will require a valid score during the draw. (I am assuming that won't happen by 28th July since you just applied for SINP and getting those 600 points will take quite some time).Hi, I am facing a similar problem as I submitted my application on 26 March and my IELTS expire on 28 July. It will not matter once your application is accepted and process, if you however get rejected and have to reapply then you will have to redo the IELTS.SINP processing time takes over 8-10 months, what happens if my IELTS expires by the time I get a nomination and need to apply for EE?
That’s great! However, what if I get the nomination after the expiry of my IELTS? Will SASKATCHEWAN PNP need 7.5 band again?Yes, IRCC will accept any band. If you are applying under SINP express entry category, after you receive nomination, and before you apply for IRCC you need to have federal score of minimum 67. Please check iRCC website for federal score eligibility. That’s great! However, what if I get the nomination after the expiry of my IELTS? Will SASKATCHEWAN PNP need 7.5 band again?
Check the original post on which I had replied - Page 30. I guess someone posted an official reply from SINP, where they said they do not need a fresh score after you receive ITA and apply. I suggest you write to them directly to have an official record of communication. Having said that, as mentioned above, please check IRCC score and active IELTS eligibility for folks who have the PNP points (either FSW or EE).That’s great! However, what if I get the nomination after the expiry of my IELTS? Will SASKATCHEWAN PNP need 7.5 band again?
Disappointing to say the least. I just don't understand why Provinces and CIC alike are completely shunning out overseas applicants at this point in time.yep from the looks of it seems both FSW and PNP programmes would would be back to normal probably next year

I get it - There is a global lock down on account of COVID-19 but they can still issue EOI's to overseas applicants. Its not like we will be moving to Canada right away. It takes at least 6 months to a year and a half to make a decision on the application anyways.
Sorry about the rant. Just disappointed that every passing month, someone's IELTS scores or ECA may expire - requiring us to go through the process over again
On what criteria is this ineligibility? On the basis of relationship or the fact that the relation is already supporting a case ??Then you are not eligible. As per me understanding.
